2024-25 season membership
The season membership application window has now closed, and will re-open between 1 September and 30 November 2025. Many thanks for your continued support of the Club.
In 2024-25, the price of season membership remained frozen at adult renewing members £40, adult new members £55 and junior members (need an accompanying adult) £10, despite substantial increases in running costs.
Please do not buy a season (full or junior) membership if you are not competent to use a fast drag lift including safely mounting and dismounting and exiting if the tow stops. By becoming a Season Member, you confirm that you and all accompanied children have the appropriate level of competence to ski/board safely at Yad Moss at all times and in all conditions. You also confirm that you have read and understand the information about Yad Moss and its safety rules, and agree to abide by them. Please read A Few Rules before each visit, even if you are a regular attendee.
We no longer send out season tickets in the post. Just bring along your ‘season ticket’ email receipt, or your phone showing your email receipt, and present it at the ticket office, and we will give you that day’s lift ticket to display.
Our Covid-19 statement remains active for winter 2024-25. It is the responsibility of individual participants to adhere to government regulations and guidance when deciding whether to visit Yad Moss. Please note that government regulations may change suddenly; in the case of further lockdowns or suspension of sporting activities, season tickets will not be refunded.
Day membership
If you are not a season member, you may be able to become a ‘day member’ for specific days when the tow is running. Day membership costs £25 for adults and £10 for juniors (who must be accompanied). Day membership will only be available subject to capacity, and may only be available to purchase in advance, although day memberships are usually available on the day at the ticket office.
Please do not buy a day (full or junior) membership if you are not competent to use a fast drag lift including safely mounting and dismounting and exiting if the tow stops. By becoming a day member, you confirm that you and all accompanied children have the appropriate level of competence to ski/board safely at Yad Moss at all times and in all conditions. Please read A Few Rules before each visit, even if you are a regular attendee.
All skiing/boarding members – please attach your lift ticket securely to a jacket zip tag or to your helmet, where our lift operators can see it clearly.
Associate membership
We are open to all members of the community, with Associate Memberships available to non-skiing / boarding adults or those currently unable to ski / board at Yad Moss. Please contact admin@yadmoss.co.uk to join as an Associate Member.
Other northern England ski clubs
For season members, we often have reciprocal agreements with other northern England real snow clubs, allowing season members to ski elsewhere (usually weekdays) at a reduced rate. Please check the reciprocal arrangement with the relevant Club before travelling.
