Updated 1 September 2021
As a Community Amateur Sports Club operating within a risk assessment to facilitate a Covid-19 secure environment, we will open the facilities at Yad Moss when snow and overhead weather conditions permit to all season ticket holders.
In the event of new national restrictions or in anticipation of a particularly busy day we may decide to limit access to Yad Moss by restricting day tickets to online sales only, the day before. This will not affect season ticket holders, although no refunds will be given to season ticket holders should the facility have to close unexpectedly due to Covid-19 restrictions.
You must not come to Yad Moss if you have been told to self isolate or if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms such as fever, continuous cough or change in taste or smell sensation.
We ask that you keep ‘a ski pole’s distance’ from each other in the queue for the tow or the ticket office, and on the slopes. Face coverings are not mandatory but you may choose to wear a mask at your own discretion.
We have a cleaning protocol in place for our equipment and facilities, and hand sanitiser and cleaning products are provided outside the ticket office and in the club room and toilets for visitor use.
As usual, we ask that you are considerate towards other members, towards local residents and local businesses and towards our volunteers when on the slope, in the car park and on the approach through the surrounding area. We also ask that you take notice of any instructions posted around Yad Moss, that you take your litter home with you and that you follow the skiing and countryside codes.
If you have any questions about Yad Moss please email secretary@yadmoss.co.uk.
We look forward to seeing you on the hill.
May it snow forever!
